Delete your ChatCam account

You can delete your account and associated ChatCam cloud data directly in the app or request help by email.

Delete from the app

  1. Open ChatCam and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account in the Data section.
  4. Complete reauthentication and confirm deletion.

This removes the Firebase Authentication account, ChatCam user profile, chat records, and user files associated with that account.

If you cannot access the app

Email percy.jxp1@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “ChatCam account deletion” and do not send your password. We may request limited information needed to verify account ownership.

Delete chat data without deleting your account

  1. Open ChatCam and go to Settings.
  2. Select Remove All Chats in the Data section.
  3. Confirm that you want to remove your saved ChatCam conversations.

You may also email percy.jxp1@gmail.com to request deletion of specific ChatCam data without closing your account. Describe the data you want removed and contact us from the email address associated with your account.

What may be retained

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and financial records may be retained separately where required for transaction history, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations. Deleting a ChatCam account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Subscription cancellation

Cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before deleting ChatCam if you do not want future store billing. New ChatCam subscriptions are currently unavailable during platform migration.
