Who operates ChatCam

Information we process
- Account information such as your email address, display name, authentication provider, and account identifier.
- Questions, photos, audio, chat history, assistant settings, and other content you choose to provide.
- Approximate or precise location when you grant location permission for location-aware answers.
- Device, app, usage, diagnostics, crash, and performance information.
- Subscription and entitlement status supplied by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. ChatCam does not receive your full payment-card details.
How information is used
Information is used to provide visual and conversational assistance, process account and subscription access, remember your selected preferences, operate safety controls, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Service providers
ChatCam relies on service providers to operate the app. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by Firebase and Google Cloud, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, Google AdMob, and weather-data providers. These services process information for the purposes described above and under their applicable terms.
ChatCam does not sell your personal information.
Retention and account deletion
Chat history and uploaded files are retained while needed to provide your account and until you delete them or your account. Diagnostic records and transaction records may be retained for security, accounting, refund, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
You can delete your account from ChatCam Settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on the account deletion page.
Security and international processing
ChatCam uses access controls and encrypted network connections to protect information. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Children
ChatCam is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as ChatCam changes. The updated date above will change when revisions are published.
